RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unopened/undamaged and we are notified of this return within 14 days of your delivery date. Customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange once we receive your returned goods. Accounts will be credited within 7 working days.
Customers wishing to return items must notify Zebra Designs in writing via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers must arrange the items to be returned themselves and at their own cost. Zebra Designs is not deemed to cover the cost of postage for returned goods.

and must include all documentation you received with the purchase.
Personalized or bespoke items are non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect item, Zebra Designs must be notified immediately upon delivery. Replacement orders will be sent free of charge providing we are notified within 7 days of the delivery date. No claim will be accepted outside this time. In this instance, the returned delivery cost will be refunded, provided a receipt of postage is proven.
You are entitled to cancel your order, providing your order has not been dispatched. If you do wish to cancel your order, Zebra Designs must be notified by email, email@example.com.
