Once payment is made your order will become binding. All orders are subject to availability.

You as the buyer are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements and specifications including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features, access, and delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

All images and content remain the property and copyright of Zebra Designs.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

Every effort has been made to ensure all the product details, descriptions & prices are correct.

All content displayed throughout the website is provided in good faith and although every effort has been made to ensure the colours and quality appear as accurately as possible it cannot be guaranteed that your computer monitor will display the colours as per the goods you have purchased. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations.

CUSHIONS AND FABRIC
​
Cushion covers all include the inner pillow which are allergies free and machine washable..Fabric is all hand printed and cushion covers are all hand sewn with zip and label.
​
Care instructions are given as a guide and Zebra Designs will not be liable for any damage to goods.
As fabrics and dyes can be affected by light, Zebra Designs recommends that where possible products are positioned away from direct sunlight and heat to protect it from fading.
​
Zebra Designs Cushions are sold without any flame retardant coatings.
​
ART PRINTS
​
Art prints come fully mounted and are sold without a frame.
​
Limited edition art prints are not refundable.
​

Bespoke art print orders are non-refundable.
​
BESPOKE SERVICES
​
Bespoke goods are any goods specifically personalized and/or tailored to your specifications.
​
Zebra Designs reserves the right to use all designs and photographs of the product across our website and social media platforms. We will never disclose any personal information or details to third parties or online.
Zebra Designs will own the right to any bespoke design work created for you. We have the right to reproduce it and sell it as a Zebra Designs product.
​
Proofs of your order will be sent via email. You are responsible for checking for any mistakes. Zebra Designs will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies. If items are printed with errors, it is your responsibility and Zebra Designs will accept no refunds in this instance. We can however organize replacements at the same cost. Alterations must be rechecked and approved by the customer.

BESPOKE PAYMENTS
​
Bespoke costs will differ depending on the specification.
​
Once we have discussed a timeframe and approved an estimate, Zebra designs will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the overall cost. The remaining fee will be required once the proofs have been agreed upon and before the order has been processed.
​
Once the balance of payment has been paid bespoke goods cannot be canceled or changed.
​
All costs are to be paid in pounds sterling by bank transfer.
​
packaging and delivery will be additionally applied to every costing.
​
Zebra Designs cannot be responsible for any late delivery if payments are delayed beyond our control.
​
BESPOKE DELIVERIES
​
Additional time scales/deliveries will apply to bespoke services due to the specifications being tailored to the buyer.
​
Please allow 4-6 weeks for our bespoke design service. To avoid disappointment please do get in contact as early as possible.
​
If possible, Zebra Designs will always try to accommodate tighter timescales. However, this may result in a greater cost for your bespoke design. Please mention your timescale when you make your initial inquiry with Zebra Designs. Please contact info@zebra-designs.co.uk.

Zebra Designs will take extreme care when packaging. The product will be sent by recorded delivery and tracked, providing you with the most reliable delivery service. The cost of delivery within the UK and internationally will vary depending on the quantities ordered, therefore this will be discussed individually. It is very important you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.
​
Zebra Designs will hold no responsibility for loss or damage to your order once it has been dispatched.
Zebra Designs can not be held responsible for any late delivery.
​
Zebra Designs is not responsible for import duties for International shipments.
​
Zebra Designs will not be liable for any order which has been misplaced in the post, wherever possible we will obtain proof of postage.
​
Bespoke goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded.
​
Samples are always advised on bespoke orders to avoid any disappointment with the colour of your product upon delivery.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices featured on Zebra Designs do not charge 20% VAT and are excluding packaging and delivery unless otherwise stated.
​
Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise specified.
​
Zebra Designs reserves the right to change the prices of products and remove special offers at any time.
​
Full payments must be made prior to goods being dispatched. You are responsible for supplying accurate payment and delivery details with your purchase. Zebra Designs will not accept an order unless all customer details are correct.
​
If a Zebra Designs product is out of stock, you will be notified by email as early as possible. You will have the option to wait until your product is back in stock or to cancel your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a legitimate email address to be contacted on.
​
Users can purchase products from Zebra Designs with a valid credit, debit card., PayPal and Apple Pay.
​
Including new payments Ali Pay and iDeal Pay.

DELIVERY
​
Delivery costs will vary depending on the destination of products and the total weight of the package.

Zebra Designs is not responsible for import duties for International shipments.
​
Zebra Designs ships worldwide including the UK, Europe, World Zone 1, and World Zone 2.

Additional time scales/deliveries will apply to bespoke services due to the specifications being a tailored service.

Quoted delivery times are given as an estimate.

All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. The product will be sent by recorded delivery and tracked, providing you with the most reliable service.
​
Items must be thoroughly checked for damage at the point of receipt. After goods have been accepted/ signed for by the courier, Zebra Designs can accept no responsibility of damage to your item.
​
If your item does arrive damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact Zebra Designs immediately for a replacement, on 07368118179 or info@zebra-designs.co.uk.

Proof of damage, for example, a photograph of the damage, may be required. Upon return of damaged/incorrect/ unwanted goods, the full price of goods will be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the goods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
​
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unopened/undamaged and we are notified of this return within 14 days of your delivery date. Customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange once we receive your returned goods. Accounts will be credited within 7 working days.

Customers wishing to return items must notify Zebra Designs in writing via email: info@zebra-designs.co.uk.

Customers must arrange the items to be returned themselves and at their own cost. Zebra Designs is not deemed to cover the cost of postage for returned goods.

Personalized or bespoke items are non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect item, Zebra Designs must be notified immediately upon delivery. Replacement orders will be sent free of charge providing we are notified within 7 days of the delivery date. No claim will be accepted outside this time. In this instance, the returned delivery cost will be refunded, provided a receipt of postage is proven.

CANCELATIONS

You are entitled to cancel your order, providing your order has not been dispatched. If you do wish to cancel your order, Zebra Designs must be notified by email, info@zebra-designs.co.uk.

We will respect the privacy of your personal data and we will not disclose your personal data to anyone unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.

To proceed with your order, we have to process and store your data providing your data to third parties who are directly involved with your order, such as couriers.
